BAVERTIS is developing a combination of software and hardware to extend the battery life of electric vehicles by up to 80% and significantly facilitate the bidirectional integration of vehicles into the energy grid. In addition, a cost reduction of up to 75% can be achieved. This is made possible by a completely new approach of the electric powertrain, which combines the inverter, charger and battery management in a single miniaturised electronic unit. This uses self-generated battery data to ensure the optimum load profile during driving, charging and grid connection. It uses both the latest semiconductor technologies and AI-based battery data analysis at vehicle level.
