The automotive industry is one of Sweden’s most important industries and the single largest export sector. 1/3 of all automotive industry employees are in the Stockholm region and in Eastern Central Sweden. The Stockholm region also has other unique conditions; world-leading ICT cluster, strong academy and education and an engaged public sector.

Fordonsdalen React is a collaboration project between Region Stockholm, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Kista Science City during 2021-2023. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and by the Region Stockholm Project Fund for sustainable regional development.

Fordonsdalen React supports SMEs in the Stockholm region’s automotive industry in order to increase innovation capacity and global competitiveness.
