The IBU-tec Group develops and produces innovative materials of the highest quality for the industry at its sites in Weimar and Bitterfeld-Wolfen. It combines unique, partly patent-protected technology of thermal process engineering and organic synthesis with the process and material know-how of circa 250 highly qualified employees.

Its own products include IBUvolt^®, cathode materials based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP). IBUvolt^® materials have outstanding properties in terms of charging times, long-term stability and safety, making them particularly suitable for batteries with high performance and durability requirements.
