Polestar is the Swedish high-performance electric car brand that aims to improve society by using design and technology to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility. 

Polestar is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and sells its vehicles online in 27 markets across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. 

Polestar plans to build a product portfolio of five performance electric cars by 2026. Polestar 2 was launched in 2019 as an electric performance fastback. Polestar 3 was unveiled in late 2022 as an SUV for the electric age. The launch of Polestar 4, a transformed SUV coupe, will take place in phases from 2023 to 2024.

The Polestar 0 project is the company's ambitious goal to build a truly carbon neutral production car by 2030.
