The Cluster Automotive network includes more than 700 companies and institutes from the automotive sector and all areas relevant to the automobile. In addition, the Cluster Automotive acts as an initiator in many activities of its supporting organization Bayern Innovativ. The cluster collaborates closely with chambers of commerce, economic development offices, regional clusters, and multipliers on numerous projects.

The Cluster Automotive offers networking events, the planning and organization of large-scale conferences, the facilitation of working groups and workshops, and the management of collaborative projects. Furthermore, the cluster supports its stakeholders in accessing funding programs at the state, federal, and EU levels and actively participates in such projects as a partner.

The Automotive Cluster is active in the innovation fields of powertrain, interior, electrical/electronics, driver assistance systems, as well as cross-sector topics. Under the motto “Together. Driving Innovation,” the Bavarian Automotive Cluster supports all players in the automotive industry in turning new trends into cooperative projects.
