Shenzhen K&D Technology was established in 2006. By joint and reorganisation in 2015, K&D became a holding subsidiary of Triumph Science & Technology Group, a listed company under the state-owned China National Building Materials Group (CNBM). K&D focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, sales and serdeputy of TFT-LCD and Mini/Micro LED display. TFT-LCD products are widely used in notebooks, tablets, mobile phones, vehicles, Internet of Everything and other fields; Mini/Micro LED display products are used in outdoor large scenes, smart conferences, intelligent big data control centers, XR immersive exhibitions, New business display and other application scenarios and fields.

K&D Technology runs an R&D and production base in Shenzhen and established Bengbu K&D Technology Co., Ltd.(abbreviated as Bengbu K&D) in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, and set up a branch in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province.
