About Kupron

Turning ideas into products – that’s what we do. As a specialist in plastic small series and prototypes, we help design and development teams by managing the full production of plastic parts. Within 8–12 weeks, we turn a CAD design into a fully painted and assembled injection-moulded product, ready for real vehicle use or for applications such as testing and validation.
With clamping forces from 120 to 3,200 tons, we can mould parts from 15 to 11.000 g in most thermoplastics, including foamed (MuCell) and hybrid/overmoulded parts. We also offer (sub)assembly, part/assembly measurements and even part production with transferred tools.

Tooling

Our in-house team designs and builds aluminium, steel, or hybrid tools (250–3000 mm, up to 20 tons, from 100 up to 100.000 parts or more). We offer semi/fully automated solutions, moldflow simulations, hotrunner production, and all common surface treatments.
Thanks to our complete in-house setup, we provide fast, flexible and tailor-made tooling solutions.
