A key focus of TMEVnet is the vehicle inlet—the critical interface where the vehicle’s charging socket and charger connector physically connect. This junction is the hottest point during high-power EV charging. We minimize power loss by using high-conductivity aluminum and designing coolant flow directly through the interior of the power terminals, ensuring efficient thermal management and reliable performance.
