#01: Aluminum-copper compound for battery application: Material composite of copper and aluminum joined to form a metal strip (clad and laser-welded or friction stir welding) for applications in battery technology, both for electrical power transport and signaling in battery management system (in thicknesses from 0.40 mm to 5.00 mm, depending on the joining technology). Aluminum part customized for use in thick wire bonding (as an alternative for AlSi surfaces). Copper part also used with spring hard and tough alloys for the us as press-fit zone.

#02: Metal strip composite in the field of automotive electronics: Laser-welded metal strip made of copper alloys with contrary requirements for connection technologies in stamped components, such as press-fit zones, ultrasonic welding, or thick wire bonding. Different material parameters, such as strength in a strip, enable space-saving design of the stamped component and avoid point-to-point connections in the stamping tool.
